Scott has been with Badger Transmissions for over 32 years. Growing up in the industry, his love for vehicles naturally led him to a lifelong career in automotive repair. As the owner, Scott rebuilds transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials, all while keeping the shop running smoothly and efficiently. He enjoys working alongside his team and thrives on the challenge of diagnosing and repairing complex transmission issues. Scott’s dedication and experience are the driving force behind Badger's trusted reputation.

Debbie is the dedicated Payroll Administrator at Badger Transmissions! With an incredible 25 years of service, Debbie handles payroll, sales reports, and accounting with care and accuracy. She takes pride in contributing to the family business.

Badger Transmissions’ Shop Foreman and Head Builder is Scotty (JR), son of Scott and Debbie. With 15 years under his belt, Scotty is a master at rebuilding transmissions, diagnosing problems, and road testing to ensure everything runs smoothly. Growing up in the family business, he spent his summers learning the trade and developed a true passion for fixing things. What Scotty enjoys most is the satisfaction of tearing down a faulty transmission, making it right, and getting customers safely back on the road.

Mike has been a vital part of the Badger Transmissions team for 4 years. With a strong passion for cars and hands-on problem solving, he specializes in rebuilds, vehicle diagnostics, and electrical issues. Mike enjoys the challenge of working on different and unusual problems that might arise with transmission work. He’s also known for keeping things fun around the shop, especially when joking around with Jessie!

For the past 6 years, Jessie has been the go-to guy at the front office—greeting customers, answering calls, handling invoicing, and scheduling shop work with ease. His journey started with a genuine curiosity about transmissions, and he’s been a valuable part of the team ever since. Jessie brings great energy to the shop and enjoys the family-like atmosphere—plus, he’s known for giving Mikey K a hard time every day (all in good fun, of course!).

Scott works on removing and reinstalling transmissions and he brings a passion for working on cars to the shop each day. He’s been with Badger Transmissions for over 15 years, and his experience shows in the quality of his work. What does he enjoy most about the job? Simply put- it’s the job he loves.

Anthony is one of our talented techs and has been with the Badger team since March 2025. He plays a key role in our shop by removing and reinstalling transmissions with skill and dedication. His passion for working on cars and learning new things is what brought him into this career path. What he loves most about Badger Transmissions? The family-like atmosphere and he wouldn’t change a thing! We’re lucky to have Anthony on the team.

Morgan is the creative force behind Badger Transmissions’ marketing! Since joining the team in February 2025, Morgan has taken charge of social media, Google Business management, website updates, and apparel orders. She helps keep Badger’s brand strong and connected with the community. Morgan enjoys being part of the family business and takes pride in helping it grow.
